S. Mona Reza

S. Mona Reza (Mona) is Of Counsel at Chisholm Law Group LLC. Her practice encompasses estate planning, estate and trust administration, as well as business planning for both nonprofit and for-profit entities.

In addition to practicing law, Mona is the founder of Stellar 5 Consulting, LLC, a business that grew out of her client’s desire for advice and services that are outside of the scope of legal work. She is a certified education program evaluator, an SBA certified MBE/SBE/DBE, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Mona has worked with a wide range of estate planning and administration clients. She is especially proud of her ability to explain complicated concepts in a way that is understandable and with empathy during what are often times of great change for a family.

Mona has worked extensively with healthcare practices and understands the unique issues that face health care practitioners at all stages of their careers. The business of medicine is often very different from the practice. Mona works with her clients to ensure that they are aware of the myriad issues in any business transaction as well as the ones that are unique to a healthcare practice.

Mona has served on the board of several nonprofits, however she prefers serving as counsel to many different types of organizations. She enjoys working with nonprofits of all sizes and recently created a Substack (Nonprofit Attorney) in order to provide a resource for smaller organizations that cannot necessarily seek out advice on basic issues related to nonprofits.
